We currently accept the most common payment method which is SEPA Bank Transfer. On special occasions we can offer different payment methods depending on the contract and customer location. We always invoice in EURO. Bank transfers are automatically processed by our automation, this means you can send a monthly payment automatically after invoice date, which will be processed by us.

The customer is always responsible for the cross-connect on their side, this has become the standard in networking.

This depends on your MRC and port size, but usually we charge quarterly (per three months). On higher MRC we offer monthly payments.

While we are present in all major data centers within a metro, there might be a case that we are not present in a mutual location. Please reach out to our support, so we can assist you.

All pricing on the website is based on a 24-month contract term, we do, however offer a 12-month contract for a slightly higher price.

Our unique 100G CDR offering allows you to connect to 100G media and use 10 Gbit/s P95 of traffic. This plan is designed for ambitious start-ups that will eventually grow towards the full port.

This port automatically upgrades to a flat 100G port if you exceed 10G P95 in 30 days, according to the Connection Agreement. Please note that there is a FUP (Fair Use Policy), meaning that this offering is not designed for networks with irregular bursts like DDoS-mitigation providers. Only one CDR port allowed per member.
